Her business experience spans operations management, research analysis, marketing communications, and consulting (communications, customer experience and digital transformation).  Michelle’s industry experience includes technology, education, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, and professional services.

In addition, Michelle teaches professional communications and career development courses at George Brown College and Seneca College.

Strength areas include: Raising audience awareness, identifying values, improving emotional intelligence, leveraging strengths-based identification, establishing plans, holding clients accountable, while ensuring a safe and confidential environment. Clients appreciate her insights, questions, memory and listening skills.
